Tensor FFT class.

Note

Input values are required to be finite. Complex multiplications on the hot path use the naive (a+bi)(c+di) = (ac-bd) + (ad+bc)i form, which differs from C99 / cppreference complex multiplication for non-finite operands: an input containing +/-inf or NaN may produce NaN-laden output where the C99 specification would have given a finite or infinite result. Callers that need NaN/inf propagation per Annex G must filter inputs first.
